You are fine! So the State Farm letter says that they told the old
contractor, Grace Mountain that the damages were "not made from wind" it is
my assumption State Farm is saying it is man made. With State Farm they do
require a new claim and a non emergency police report just stating
vandalism for their roof.

Now vandalism is a covered peril in State Farm policies just like wind and
hail so it will still be covered, if this is what they are saying based on
their document.
